How you can help us
Any Dog ‘il Do Rescue is managed completely by volunteers. Any help we receive goes straight towards supporting the dogs in our care and helps us to continue our work.
Volunteering
We rely on our volunteers to help us carry out homechecks all over Scotland, transport dogs to foster homes or the vets and to walk the dogs in our care at kennels. Find out more about being a volunteer and how to apply.
Fostering
We are always looking for more fosterers to help us care for dogs in a home environment. Visit our foster pages to find out more information about how you can help.

Fundraising
It costs us thousands of pounds to keep the rescue going every month and it wouldn’t be possible to help so many dogs without the help of our volunteer fundraisers. Would you be interested in helping us to fundraise? Events can be big or small…we’ve had donations from bake sales at work, sponsored runs, stalls at local events and raffles. If you have a good idea we can help you to take it forward by co-ordinating with other volunteers in your area and providing merchandise.
Like our new Facebook fundraising page dedicated to our fundraising activities and help us to share this by telling your friends and family about it. All the latest news and dates for your diary can be found on this page. If you would like to get involved we would love to see you at one of our events or you can contact us directly.

Donating items
Tombolas and raffles are some of our most popular fundraising activities. Items like gift sets, toys, novelty items and jewellery are just some of the things that are good for fundraising.
Donations for our dogs are also gratefully received. Items like hard dog beds, tough toys, collars, leads and harnesses (new or slightly used), grooming products and food can all be used by our kennel or foster dogs and help us to keep costs down.
If you have any items that you would like to donate they can be dropped into the kennels we use or we can arrange for a local volunteer to collect them. Contact us to arrange donation drop off or collection.
We have received many donations for our dogs in kennels and foster from Just Dogs and their generous customers. A big thank you to their continued support from the Any Dog 'il Do team and the dogs in our care.

Raising awareness
It's important to spread the word about Any Dog 'il Do Rescue to not only help us rehome the dogs in our care but to also raise awareness of why rescue organisations exist and the many issues and causes that lead to dogs ending up in rescue.
A group of students from Edinburgh Napier University made a film about Any Dog 'il Do Rescue. It shows that although dogs have lived in a safe environment in kennels they actually thrive in foster care, where they can live in a real home environment. Watch the short film and if you think fostering is for you visit our foster page to find out more. You can also help us by sharing this video and raising awareness of Any Dog 'il Do and the benefits of fostering.
